Floating Dutchman Cape White Rum is a spirit aperitif that is blended with pure cane spirits and premium flavored fruit and botanicals, its a locally crafted and proudly South African Rum. Pot stilled twice with selected cuts from the same blackstrap molasses-syrup as the Gold Cape Rum, aged and then carbon filtered to produce a flavourful aged clear spirits.
